Writing this review after almost 5 months of use.
The chair is strong and comfortable, the only concern and eventually became a problem is the plastic pieces used in the hydraulic system, the rim that holds the piston rod firm broke and got stuck inside the piston. The Hydraulic assembly should be designed for a much stronger support system. Overall this is a good product with great customer support too.

Here's a quick review of each parameter:
Assemble: Assembling the chair is very easy, takes 10 min max.
Ergonomic: The chair is designed for comfort and does it's job fairly well. A small concern is the armrest / hand support is fixed and too low to comfortably rest the arms.
Support: Support team is great. I connected with Ms. Sameeksha, she promptly responded, listened and addressed my concerns, she went an extra mile to ensure we get extremely good customer support experience.
Parts Quality: Overall the chair is strongly built, the chair and cushion is comfortable. Only area of improvement is the plastic pieces of Hydraulic assembly. However, Sameeksha promptly helped address the issue and raised a replacement request for hydraulic piston and wheel base where the piston was stuck.

Overall I am happy with the product and their customer support. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Ordinary revolving chair

It's very good and comfortable. A good buy
and value for money.

Delivery was on time. No delay at all. I got a call from the manufacturer to update the delivery status.
- Packing was decently good with bubble wraps for protection.
- Excellent quality chair worth for money.
- Easy to assemble, the chair comes almost pre-assembled, you need to remove the wrappings and just fix the hydraulic piston on base which comes with wheels already fixed. No tools required. The package come with very good instruction manual with diagrams.
- The Cushion is comfortable with good thigh support and ideal for longer working duration
- The arm rest is in a comfortable position.
- Side cushion on seat and back provides a good support.
- The Wheels are quite smooth.
-Adjustment of height and slanting of back is very easy with the lever on bottom of seat.
I would recommend this office chair for home as well as office for a budget is Rs 6 to 7K.

First of all I explored the chair to support my Neck pain and Shoulder pain being WFH. After many reserach and found this could help or support to control/minimize my pain..

It is more than 2 months am not sure whether my purchase solved the intention as my posture could not change and pain continue as it is, but chair is so comfort to feel and relax which was not quiet not felt in normal chair.

The best part is, the one of wheel base cracked when I want to recline to relax.Seems this as manufacturing quality defect which found welding was not done properly and hence it leads to crack and broke. However, I was trying to reach customer support in Whatsapp and they managed to listen my problem with Videos and Photos and arranged the new wheelbase to change. Now the chair is perfect as earlier and we need to make sure not much pressure while reclining to avoid such problem.

I also insisted them to have added strength on the Wheelbase and ensure such quality issues.

The reason for 5 stars best customer addressing and arrange the new parts promptly and as a chair it has all comfortness and worth to buy feel.
