Pros : The Design and color combination is really good.
Features : Mesh Design + back lumbar support – It keeps the spine at very natural position when seated.
The open back mesh of the chair is really soft and provides a good ventilation.
Soft Padded seat : Medium level softness foam is used on the product, Padded seat has a decline at the edge allowing the fuller support at the lower torso and back of the knees.
Rotation : The wheels are really smooth and its very easy to move the chair.
The chair comes with a high adjustable lever which is again easy to operate .
Cons : The back of the seat can’t be locked or rotated at a particular angle ( Though they have provided enough to get a good stretch and seat comes to position again).

First of all, I want to highlight the excellent customer support provided by Samiksha. She has been a superstar—prompt, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve an issue I encountered. When I received the chair, the base wheels were missing. I reached out to their support via WhatsApp, and Samiksha immediately processed my request and ensured the missing part was sent out, which I received a few days later. Her assistance definitely made a positive impact on my experience.
However, I want to be clear that the three-star rating is purely based on how the product matched my expectations.
While assembling the chair, I noticed that one of the holes for the screws connecting the base to the chair was not aligned. This misalignment forced me to drill a separate hole myself to complete the assembly. I hope this is an isolated issue and not a common one, but I strongly urge the team to thoroughly check these aspects before shipping the product.
On a more subjective note, the overall look and feel of the chair meet my expectations. The build quality seems solid, and the wheels function as they should. However, I’m not entirely satisfied with the back support. Being a big and heavy guy, I found the back support to be lacking. It mainly consists of a mesh with a small plastic support, which doesn’t provide the comfort I was hoping for. Additionally, the chair creaks when reclining, which is a bit disappointing.
Overall, I’m reasonably happy with the purchase considering the price I paid, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

We were looking for a study table chair for our teenage son and came across this brand. We wanted to try this out and it fitted to our budget as well. The next day to the order, we got a “thank you” from Company and the lady explained clearly how the delivery will happen, how easy it is to assemble the chair. She also forwarded the assembly video over Whatsapp.
On the date of the delivery, she sent a message stating the delivery will happen and we need to be at home/be ready.
The delivery happened on the promised day. It took 15mns max to assemble the chair. The chair looks solid and beautiful as one can see from the picture here.
I sent the pics over Whatsapp to Rose Design post assembly and I got a call immediately stating the assembly is perfect and she would be registering the Warranty on the product. She indicated that the chair is covered under warranty for a year and I could reach to them for any issues.
Good job, Team Rose Design – Prompt action, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. We just assembled the chair and the usage has been minimum. Presuming the product is worth the money paid.

Recently i have bought 6 nos. ROSE mono mesh mid back ergonomic chaire for office use. These are more comfortable beyond my expectations, beautiful and sturdy piece, quality is really very good. Here i would like to share my experience. When I had received the product, found 3 nos. damaged condition due to mishandling during the transit. Immediately called to seller and shared some pics, the most important i would like to share, customer care service was excellent. The assigned axecutive Ms. Samiksha has given her prompt response all the time against my queries. Thanks to Samiksha for her support thruout the closure of my complaint. Strongly recommend to go with this brand for such a elegant product.

Design of the chair is good and is comfortable. Size is also good (normally base of office chairs is large but I wanted 2 inch smaller due to space issue and this is fine). Assembling was super easy.
However the chair is costly in INR 4.2k. I purchased another chair in INR 4.5k (MRP ~17k) which was much sturdier and heavier.
